Our mission is to use film to foster understanding and appreciation of the diversity of the human experience, and create community among the viewers in the restored historic Circle Cinema.
The Tulsa project includes 18 teachers in 8 schools with at total of 1,800 students participating. Students see the films THE CUP (Tibet/Bhutan), THE WAY HOME (Korea), CHILDREN OF HEAVEN (Iran), and WHALE RIDER (New Zealand). The Circle 2 hosts the meetings of the Alliance Francaise de Tulsa and other groups appreciating foreign films who meet monthly and utilize screening facilities in the gallery. |
