The Oklahoma Chapter Sierra Club and Clean Energy Future OK who act separately and together to ensure a clean, renewable energy future for Oklahoma present Earth Matters Film Series.
Sierra Club’s motto is to Explore, Enjoy and Protect. The work Sierra Club does includes education, conservation, advocacy and our memorable outings. Our local Sierra Group is the Green Country Sierra Club.
Clean Energy Future OK is a diverse group of people who care deeply about our environment and who work together to halt our rapid advance of Climate Change by education and public action.
In Oklahoma we have many varied groups that work individually to save and protect an aspect of our environment that leads to reducing climate change. When we connect together, we form a stronger force to educate the public about our issues and to bring a more dynamic voice to our state and local governments to move them to act more effectively in slowing the advancement of destructive climate change.
WE are a nation of many and together we can make great strides in enacting responsible solutions to our rapidly advancing climate changes.
WE have the data, the scientific information and many identified solutions; we only lack the political will to take the actions needed.
WE can wait no longer. WE must act together now for our children’s grandchildren’s future.
