Show opens Thursday, September 27 at 5:30.
Photographs are a result of one’s visual perspective; my perspective over the years has been from 400 or so feet above the ground as I flew a helicopter cross country.
The perspective brought me numerous opportunities, whether it was an old homestead, and abandoned barn, or a pasture dotted with a few mature trees.
When one view struck my fancy, I would land and put my camera to work, often from a window or door from which people no doubt peered from many years ago.
Reminiscing about the possible history of the house, barn, or field has become a treasure for me. Capturing the scene with my lens has been a gift that I now am honored to share.
